Visiting a church for the first time can be an intimidating experience for many people. There are so many unknowns- what should I wear? Are my kids welcome? What translation of the Bible do they use? and many more questions you may have. We hope to answer some of these questions below, but if you still have questions, you are welcome to reach out us directly via phone, email, or social media. We’d be happy to answer any questions you have.

What should I wear? - Most of our members wear comfortable clothes like jeans and a t shirt or button up. Come as you are- you’ll fit in.

What programs do you offer for my kids? - On Sundays during church, we have a safe and secure nursery for your toddlers. The elementary age kids are dismissed before the sermon and head downstairs to their own “Kid’s Club” age-appropriate class. We also offer a youth group on Mondays from 7pm-8:30pm for 7th-12th graders.

What Bible translation? - We use only word for word translations. Our primary translation is the ESV; however, you may see others such as NIV or NKJV from time to time. We put sermon scriptures up on the screen to make sure everyone can read from the same text.

How long is the church service? - Glad you asked. Officially we start at 10:30am and finish around 11:45. Many people come as early as 9am to fellowship, drink coffee, or just sit and enjoy the worship practices that often happen before church. We also host a connection time immediately after the service to encourage people to stay for a while and get connected. There are often snacks and beverages during this time. All are welcome to come early or stay late.

Can I get more information about your beliefs? Of course. We believe in the trinity- one God in three parts (Matthew 28:19). We believe that our sin separates us eternally from God and, outside of Jesus, leaves us with only an eternity separated from God in Hell (Revelation 21:8) We believe Jesus took the form of a man, was born of Mary, and died on the cross paying the price for the sin of all humankind (John 3:16). To be saved, we must confess our sin (1 John 1:9) and place our complete faith in Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9). One day those who have accepted the free gift of salvation will spend an eternity with Jesus in the place He has prepared for us (John 14:2-3)
